About Handy Mind

Handy Mind runs AI actions you define on selected text, at an empty caret, or on a copied image, and inserts the result in the input you are using. This website provides product and privacy information. App downloads are not yet publicly available.

Using the app

Use Handy Mind in applications and on devices you are authorized to use. Only send text and images to an AI provider when you have the right to share them and the provider’s terms allow it.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review results before sending or saving them. Handy Mind checks the original input before pasting and keeps the result pending if the input changed, but you remain responsible for the text it inserts.

AI providers and API keys

You choose the AI provider and supply your own API key. Your use of Google Gemini or an OpenAI compatible service is governed by that provider’s terms, pricing, quotas, and data policies. Any charges for API usage are between you and the provider. Keep your API keys private.

Your actions and backups

You control the actions, prompts, and shortcuts you save. Keep backups of prompts you need. Local settings and the Google Drive sync file are readable JSON; do not use them to store passwords or other secrets.

Google Drive

Drive sync is optional and requires your authorization. Google’s terms and service limits also apply. You can disconnect the app or revoke its Google access at any time. When two PCs change the same action setting differently, Handy Mind pauses sync and asks which version to keep.

Availability

Handy Mind is provided as available. Features can change, and AI requests, paste, or sync can fail. The developer does not promise uninterrupted service, correct AI output, or recovery of lost settings.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains what Handy Mind sends to your AI provider, local settings and keys, Google Drive access, and data deletion.
